Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@sevenb.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sevenb.store, so we can make it right.

Exchanges

  • For the fastest service, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return items within 14 days without needing a reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
